Medtech Online is a secure online customer services portal to provide support to Medtech customers and allow them to:

Collection of personal information
To access Medtech Online resources, you are required to first create on online account. To create an account, you must provide up-to-date customer information such as customer number, password, customer name, primary contact, designation, e-mail address, city, postal code, country/region and telephone number. We may request other optional information, but we clearly indicate that such information is optional. You can review and update your account information. You can modify, add, or delete any optional account information by signing into your Medtech Online account and editing your account profile.

Any information or records you maintain with a Medtech Online account will be hosted on servers in a secure environment by a commercially reputable hosting vendor using best practices and security techniques.
